Minium charge is $30.00. Also if the suit is dirty, sandy or wet there is a $15.00 charge to clean and dry it.

Trade in's !!!

Yes we do trade in's. Ever heard this, "My boy has out grown his wetsuit ... again " ? Not a problem at Bodyline. Buy a comfortable quality Bodyline wetsuit, when your child grows out of it bring it back and trade it in on another comfortable quality Bodyline wetsuit. Keep trading in your suits and you will always be wearing a geat New Zealand made suit at a nice price. Not some cheap, bad fitting, cardboard, imported suit from a warehouse which falls to bits before the season finishes.

We accept trade in's on adult's men's and women's suits too.

At Bodyline we use Paystation. It is New Zealand's premier online payment gateway.

Secure - Paystation is a Paymark Certified Solutions Provider (CSP) and is fully AIS PCI DSS compliant.

Pay station is committed to protecting the security of your data and uses a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The personal information is stored in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities secured by the latest surveillance and security technology.

When we transmit sensitive information (such as a credit card numbers) over the internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocal. Credit card details stored on site are encrypted until processed. Once processed they are deleted.

We understand that you may not wish to use credit card as a method of payment, so we are happy to accept bank transfer which you can choose as a method when you go to check out.

We firmly believe in your privacy and the security of your personal information. Information entered in to the site, whether it’s for an order or for the mailing list, is not sold, rented or distributed to anyone. All personal information is exchanged using SSL, to protect against any access by third parties.

At Bodyline we are rightly proud of our wetsuits. We know about tough conditions and make suits to match.
We have been making New Zealand's best wetsuits for over 20 years.

Every single suit we make comes with a "no questions asked" 12 month guarantee.

It is unlikely but if you have any problems with the workmanship, just return the suit to us or to the shop where you bought it.

Return the suit within seven days of the fault occurring with your guarantee card and proof of purchase and we will happily fix the problem, service the suit and get it straight back to you.

Delivery

How are your shipping costs calculated?
For international orders we use NZ Post. The shipping cost is based on weight and where in the world you are located. A maximum of 2kg's weight per order.
For New Zealand orders we use Fastway Couriers which is an Overnight Delivery, however allow 1-3 days just in case.

How long does delivery take?
We ship the product as soon as we receive payment.

New Zealand: 1-3 Working Days
Australia: 3 - 6 Working Days
Asia Pacific: 4 - 10 Working Days
USA/UK/Europe: 4 - 10 Working Days
Rest of World: 5 - 10 Working Days

Wetsuit Care

Make it last !

We hope your Bodyline wetsuit gets it's fair share of abuse. We want you to enjoy it for years and with a little care and attention you can get a longer life out of it.

After use, rinse it well in fresh water and dry it in the shade.
This will help to keep the suit soft, supple and comfortable and also keep the colours nice and crisp.

When you are not using your wetsuit, store it on a plastic hanger away from direct sunlight.
Make sure all zippers and velcros are closed.

DO NOT dry in direct sunlight. This destroys the neoprene and it will wipe out your guarantee.
