Delivery

How are your shipping costs calculated?

For international orders we use NZ Post. The shipping cost is based on weight and where in the world you are located. A maximum of 2kg's weight per order.

For New Zealand orders we use Fastway Couriers which is an Overnight Delivery, however allow 1-3 days just in case.

How long does delivery take?

We ship the product as soon as we receive payment.

• New Zealand: 1 - 3 Working Days
• Australia: 3 - 6 Working Days
• Asia Pacific: 4 - 10 Working Days
• USA/UK/Europe: 4 - 10 Working Days
• Rest of World: 5 - 10 Working Days
